As someone who's playing at their old PS2 and Just reached Izanami at my First playthrough on Extreme I can't even imagine how much money (in game) that cost like, heck I beat Adachi before unlocking Yoshitsune and now keep struggling to finish the compedium because fusions ARE way too expensive.

I know this post is quite late but just a shout out to this vlog on how to get that most challenging of items to get in this game. Yes, my original PS3 and it's still operational( it is a refurbished model I purchased over 10yrs ago and hopfully no yellow light of death will get me). It took me at least a couple of hours to get it and figure it out how to get it faster. It's about the stabbing timming between Soki and Jubei. It's as if they have to stab were it looks like they're stabbing at the same time. Again, thank you for the info and know I can store this with my archives of 100% completion.

In my first try, I looked around quickly to find the Memory Capsule. In my 2nd try, I looked behind Cait and found a nook between a box and a barrel so that enemies wouldn't be able to sneak around me - they'd have to attack Cait head-on. That actually worked! ... for a while... After around 60 or so enemies, I started taking damage, and ended up losing after approximately 87 enemies defeated. Not a bad run for an honest first try! But I'll go ahead and watch the video now so I can see if I can learn myself a thing or two! :)

I always felt terribly sorry for Retica. He fought so hard, and it seems like life cheated him at every opportunity. Retica never got to avenge his mother, he was never able to find out who his father was, and he wasn't able to set himself free from the bond of servitude to Thage. He dies in obscurity, and is forgotten completely in the true ending. It's terribly sad, to me.

Who created this level should burn in hell. Fk this sht holy hell. This worked for me until the soldiers. It’s impossible with the soldiers. What I used is F-10 stay there and spam attack when either bugs or soldiers start coming in your way. Go back repeat. (Also there is a 4th hp doll in M-13)
