First, big congratulations. invest in yourself and take some slow riders course. They’re plenty of videos that you can watch and practice, but if you decide you want to sell it lemme know

What will help you more than anything is if you get a lowering kit it goes on the rear shocks it's easy to install and it'll make you more sure-footed trust me I've been doing this for 50 years

My guy everybody has dropped their bike at some point it is par for the course of new riders and old. I had a few drops in my MSF course and was pissed that I dropped their bike I went back to the classroom and took the written test and passed the written part had to wait for the next class where I didn't drop their bike at all and for a new rider like myself it can be intimidating but I was riding the 2nd day was a different story dropped the bike 3 times and on the 3rd drop I was at a stop and the bike tipped over to the left and I rode it to tje ground put my and out and my elbow caught me in the ribs as I rolled off the bike. i jumped up and shut the bike off and was asked was I ok I said yes and got back on rode the bike back to the starting point and noticed my ribs were hurting bad to the point I had to stop , I only had 2 more hours to go before I would have passed the course but my ribs said otherwise so I am currently waiting to complete day 2 and hopefully I will pass. The point is you got to get back on the bike. Trust me I had no fear of leaning the bike, counter steering at speed etc. The point is you did really well once you got the bike moving. I understand the fear of coming to a stop as a new rider. But I am sure with practice you will get it. Keep practicing youngman.

What’s up Twin. Congratulations my man. Just a quick tip, when you need to get it up off of the kickstand, turn the handlebars all the way to the right. That’s gonna turn your front wheel and then when you lift the bike up it will be way easier. Take your time on it bro. A Harley Davidson Street glide was my first by too so it took a little bit for me to get used to it but now I’m slidin. God bless bro congrats and many blessings with the business. Yo! L.D.

I’m around the twins same age and I’m around 6’0 200lb. I ride a 900 pound bagger everyday.there’s certain techniques that you will learn over time that makes riding easier! Like turning the wheel to the right after getting on it to get the bike to stand up off the kick stand! Take your time brother and please buy a helmet while your learning

Congrats u will get the hang of it try a empty parking lot...the way I take my glide of the jiffy stand is I grab front brake and while I'm raising the bike I turn the bars straight (all in one motion) it wi!! Help raise the bike and i hold the front brake so it won't move. , And when I'm stopping I use the back brake from bout 10mph and slower them slow speeds using front brake it's a good chance u will drop it plus whn coming to a complete stop with the back brake the bike is more stable ....once again congrats , b safe , grab a helmet......u will get it just keep practicing that's the only way......those are just the things I do....I done dropped my road glide my zx9 my scooters mopeds bikes, it's nothing wrong with dropping it, it shows that ur at least riding it.....just relax.
