Thanks Mate 😊😊 always take down the camera 😅 but I place the oldest camera in the "landing" area 😁 the rails are scary 🫣 but cool when I don't break anything and get some nice shots . Had a lot of rain , soo finally nice to have some sun . Everything is good except the rain 😁😁hope you have a great winter down under 😁😁

@@newinbox Your Losi loved the jump!, and no damage hitting the rails or camera👌. We had a Losi Tenacity T each and they were really nice to jump and drive too, I think their stuffs pretty good. Your footage was great too👍. We're happy you have some nice ☀️, we're around 5°c with rain expected today , our wood fires keeping us nice and warm😁.

Says 14t but doesn't feel like that , maybe because of the weak battery, have to try it more . Yes , I try to set up the camera 📷 on the other side , soo you see the car leaving the the jump 😁😁

@@newinbox People are complaining.They think it's too high, but it comes with full ball bearings, probably full hex drive screws oil filled dampers Find it funny that they think it might be too expensive but they asked for those things stock in these cars and and they did and this is what you get. I say stop asking for those things if you don't want to pay the price for them.

I've been driving one since about 2009. Their not if you keep jumping at skate parks. It's Losi's parts bin racer. The front arms are weak at anything below 50 Degs F. And the upper front bulkhead will strip and bend screwed as soon as they loosen. With out you knowing. It does drive great. It's really fun to take out all the time but parts are really expensive now. Not much stock leftover.

@TexpatOTG I charged it to full , but probably been unused for a number of years , now I charge , discharge , 4 times , try to save it 😅 that's what the "experts " say I should try .

Sorry, but this is no review but rather a short presentation. No word about how terribly sloppy the chassis is. Its so bad its appalling. And i thought the times of Tamiya releasing highly flawed chassis are over.

G'day mate!🤠👩. Very nice beetle👌, straight away I recognised the tyres HPI😁, they look perfect, we have them on ours too. Thanks for telling what the rims are from, they suite it 👍. We have a rere and I just checked the body, it has only one stamp inside that I can find and no mention of made in Japan etc. That's really cool that you have an original!. Thanks for sharing your video and what the differences are, we didn't know until you mentioned 👍🍻. We hope you're well👍🦘🇦🇺

Good looking car this Madcap 👍 Always nice to see a mechanical speed controller. The rear tires are easy to find (Manta Ray), it's another story for the front one 😢 To be honest, good move on fitting front CAT ones, they look nice on it 😊 Can't wait to see some of your cars running 👍🤝

Nice. This was my first hobby grade Rc. I thought the chassis was made from Delrin. Also my kit was from TowerHobbies and it was the Ultimate Combo they sold. The motor I got was the Lemans 240st. I remember it came with bushings vs bearings. That was a huge difference! I never did install the side trays. The only thing that i can remember that broke were the idler and spur gear stripped. I replaced them with a Thorp overdrive kit. I added a Duratrax powerline 13x2 motor and a Duratrax dtx-4 esc. The esc was a rebranded Novak T4 and the motor had a Epic endbell so it could have been a Trinity motor. Sure hope to find another new in box i can build again. Looking forward to receiving the RC10T re release in the next couple weeks. As that was my second RC vehicle. But it was the ST version. Thanks for the memories!

@@newinbox yes it was tempting but not for long. I just had too. Glad I had the extra money. And I learned that the ultima was a kelron chassis maybe it was the shocks..... Funny I cannot find a outlaw ultima that came with the lemans 240st like mine did.

Weather was soo nice in May and first days of June 😍 but last week has been cold and rainy 🌧 today it was only 7c in the morning and maybe 13-14c now and a little rain . But its just June soo we have July , August and hopefully September with good weather . You guys have a nice weekend 😊 👍
