Friend, could I use this extender to expand a wireless network at one end, the router sending and the other receiving?

Mine is not finding the hard drive. I find this out after one of our vehicles was broken into and we wanted to review the video. No video, no hard drive found. I opened the case the hard drive is there.

I JUST bought & trying to get going this system -------> (4K/8.0 Megapixel & 130° Ultra Wide-Angle) 2-Way Audio PoE Outdoor Home Security Camera System, 8 Wired Outdoor Video Surveillance IP Cameras System. $550+ 🤷‍♂🤬After initial NVR set-up, IT appears when It comes time to simply plug in the cat6 cable FROM the camera TO the NVR BOX..... I GET NOTHING.... The green light on the cable blinks, BUT NO green light on the corresponding port on the back of the NVR, that simply plugged in DIRECTLY into the NVR with their supplied cat6 cables. I get NOTHING on my phone via THEIR app, OR on my 82" TV that the NVR is plugged into, via HDMI. I'm clearly able to connect to the NVR using their supplied $2 mouse via usb port, to set the time, etc.etc.etc..... BUT that's IT 🤷‍♂🤦🤔🤦‍♂Customer support DOESN'T answer the tech phone line, @ (352) 900-4656, the LIVE CHAT window, OR their email @ [email protected]🤦‍♂🤷‍♂🤬🤬To me, looks like I have a DOA NVR !!!! OR a TOTALLY JUNK SYSTEM !!!! GOOD thing I tested it BEFORE running these cat6 wires EVERYWHERE to connect ALL 8 CAMERAS....... THEN I'd be EVEN more PISSED !!! Now I have to box ALL this SHIT UP, and return 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I can't understand most of the audio or see any of the video clearly. The one thing I do get is that he is using their proprietary extender. Too bad the DVR wil not connect to and use a standard wifi extender but I can see no way to do it.

My cameras wont record motion at night …work great in day time ….but at night will not record a motion event ….can you help me fix this ?

I have same exact system. I have it set to record in time mode 24/7 and motion 24/7 . Records motion great in daytime but at night it doesnt detect any motion at all . What am i doing wrong ?
