I'm done with Airbnb! They used to be a bargain now they are almost as expensive as hotels, in some cases even more $$$. By the time I added all the fees and taxes, it was not a deal anymore, plus I have to take the trash out and clean the place. Also, I have to deal with check-in drama - either have to meet the owner at a certain time or try to follow instructions on how to get the keys myself. None of this applies to hotels - they have a receptionist ready to help around the clock, they can offer another room if you do not like the one you got, no cleaning, no surprise. Some hotels offer free breakfast! Good luck Airbnb, your inability to control the crazy demands that the owner asks will eventually kill your business.

@charliecental5657 it’s not just an intro course - it contains everything you need to get started buying commercial real estate. The downloads, alone, would cost more for you to hire an attorney to put together. It’s probably too cheap!

I find it odd that videographers think an audience enjoys looking at the side of someone's head when they speak on camera. I personally find it unnatural and uncomfortable and would much rather watch a person address me (the camera) directly. One camera is all you need when addressing an audience, and in my opinion the results come across as more professional.

Yep! Commercial inspectors will look at any type of commercial property. You'll order what's called a PCA or Property Condition Assessment.
