Have you used the Aux Mon Send for an external monitor? I have this mixer and I can’t hear anything coming out from this output. Am I doing something wrong? When I use the FX send out I get sound but nothing from the Aux Mon. Thanks in advance! Cheers

@tompkins201 Pioneer had a compotition where 20 people in the uk were going to be selected as a pioneer control freak, me and 19 other people in the uk were granted with status Pioneer Control Freak DJ Tutor posted a vid about how to enter and what not. Hopefully we will be testing more gear soon.

@GrouEEf. Personal opinion, everyone has there own style of mixing mate and style of music i have been djing bounce for quite a while now in clubs and at raves, it requires a certain style of mixing

Hi smash I also have that mixer, a great mixer. I have also got the new Mackie proFX 8 which has more headroom . But I still like the sound of the DFX 6. It has more character and edge I feel but I hear that Mackie have discontinued these mixers which is a shame dave

Great mixer. I love mackie mixers , I hear the VLZ 3 's are good too. I have heard this one demonstrated in the PA shop a few years ago. The great thing about this mixer is the solid clean sound with no distortion, also very warm sounding. I was impressed. Dave
