​@@sellingcyprusYep. For me, it is just an architectural and interior design nightmare with materials that do not scream quality at all. The choice of colors and concrete everywhere is ovewhelming. I have seen much better design in your videos. Definitely not worth 7mil.

The villa was designed and built individually by the owners themselves rather than the developer, hence the choice of colors and designs is very very personal. The owner invested heavily in automatization of the entire property together with the latest security technology and the structural strength of the building. As we are in the final stages of building our own villa in Cyprus we can tell you these things don’t come cheap. The property is also energy efficient which is by itself quite an investment and of course the price of the plot, being built in the prime location the plot on its own comes with a hefty price tag. Not ignoring your feedback and comments, but we thought it would be fair to give a bit of an insight of what brings the costs up when it comes to large properties in Cyprus.

The area of the development is actually being heavily invested in at the moment and is prone to be one of the most wanted locations in Larnaca area.

It somehow looks so cheap and not at all high end despite its location and size. Who wants to pay 2.7m to have Simens kitschen?

Sorry to read that this is how you feel. It’s only a matter of time when Paphos will start getting more and more high rise buildings and of course the prime locations will probably be the first to have them. Everyone has their own preferences though.

@@sellingcyprus за 10-12 миллионов долларов можно намного круче дом купить в Дубае почти на первой линии. Но лично я бы выбрал жизнь на Кипре нежели в пустыне. Именно поэтому очень жаль, что девелоперы Кипра еще только начинают делать интересные вещи (типа Minthis)

They keep quiet about it because everyone knows the St. George resort was built with Russian money, and since Ukraine, no-one wants it. Also, it’s only homes and a hotel - there’s no restaurants or attractions nearer than Coral Bay 10 miles away.
