Is it possible to put something tall in the back? Not sure if that bar at the back of the bed is easily removable.

I have one I'm missing parts how do I get new parts mine I have hell using have to use ropes bunchee cords and being in wheel chair or scooter I have hell just spent 3 months in hospital had 2 heart attacks having to learn to walk again can't afford another ramp thos is my 2nd one to be honest miss my old I welded sides was so easy. This one no pins to gold ramp up didn't have all the pins and the 2 pins and bracket to hold ramp up was missing the piece that keeps the ramp from wiggling missing are part was missing but it wiggles and worried gonna loose my pricey scooter. If my old one I could get a new pole that goes into the hitch ide still be using it but bent and close to the ground to bent crazy that happen. But how do I get new parts for yours please and God bless

What model lift is this ? Instruction manual for DR300 is missing important installation instructions ! e.g. where do provided washers go ? Two fender washer and two regular washer used to attach the two brackets together and to attach the assembled bracket to the lift. Missing instructions !

Discount ramps used to make these skateboard kicker ramps with a curved transition and they were much better than these wedge style ramps. Please go back to making those. Thanks

First thought was how inconsiderate the "driver" was for not moving his/ her rail ratchets out of the work area. Second was the ability to do this entire installation without dropping the ash from his cigarette.

I just finished placing this on my truck. I loaded my wife’s scooter and took the truck out on the road to see how well this carrier works. It did very well. Doesn’t shake and it does exactly as advertised. I removed the scooter and folded the ramp in its unloaded configuration and I can’t even see it from the cab via any of my mirrors. It sits below the tailgate and is narrower than the width of the truck. Once I removed it from the shipping box, I checked out how it was constructed, it seems to be very well constructed in all parts. None of the included parts are cheap plastic, even the reflectors are a good quality,it is genuinely solid in construction. It’s not difficult to put together, though I would recommend two people to lift and place it in the hitch receiver, not easy by yourself. This is one of those purchases, because of cost, that you hope it’s correctly advertised and does what they say, it does. This will work very well for our need.

Note to self. Make sure when threading the Long S hook strap that its facing the same direction as the small S hook Strap ‼️

Tips pretty easy to tip on rough trails. Did multiple times while out moose hunting. Modifying mine to have walking beam axles so will add width and stability similar to the marlin trailers.

Useless video. Like other people commenting, I went on to see how to attach the straps to the roof. The video shows everything EXCEPT this step. Probably would have taken extra twenty seconds and it is an obvious point, especially since bag came with three different sets of straps.
