Good evening Watched 2 hours before our holiday and just watched the other 2 , brilliant series, just back from 10 countries in 10 days doing 2500 k milesat 63 yoa we stepped a little over the mark, quite a run. Hope all is good with family as you didnt get away this year. Regards Robert & Carolyn.

Great tips guys , we also use the detergent sheets and a tiny bit of washing up liquid to wash any glasses and cups in the hotel room, vacuum bags have been useful for packing, cheers and ride safe

GOOD video's from start to finish brought back so many good memories ! You mentioned Norway definitely go there . We traveled from Scotland. Newcastle ferry to Amsterdam through Germany,Denmark,Sweeden,Finland up to Knordkapp and down west coast of Norway just as beautiful as Scotland but on a far BIGGER scale.

Why does your lovely lady step off the bike while boarding the ferry ? Is this compulsory

West cork Killarney area are the best spots for the WAW. and our own A2 Coast road in N.I. is the best but I would be biased have a look at Midlife motorcycle diaries they done it recently worth a look, funny we are staying close to Annan on our way to hull for the boat in mid June .

Once again I feel sorry for the rain in Augsburg. My hometown. It is a really beautiful city. With a lot of things to see but on a motorcycle trip it is like it is!! Even Nördlingen is a nice little town. Respect for climbing up the Daniel with you motorcycle gear. Happy anniversary.

Very helpful tips. I've never heard of packing cubes, magic leaves or pegless washing lines before. Thanks for enlightening me. I was wondering if you'd ever tried putting Puncture Safe in your tyres. I've found it to be very effective and it fixes the puncture as soon as it happens. Thanks again for the tips.

Greetings from N.I. Just goes to show how the weather was in Germany this year we were there in July with 38 deg melting, went from there to Rudesheim in 37 deg with shingles it was tight going. When is the next no 10 coming its near time to go again !! for us.

Hi, the hotel was called ’The Scot’ which was in George Street, PA34 5NX, Oban. They had a car park at the back of the hotel which was secure for the bike, the staff were very friendly and the hotel was a comfy and clean, good Scottish breakfast Joanne and Ste 🏍️👍🏻🏍️👍🏻

I stayed in the same hotel two years ago after doing Grossglockner in the sunshine 😎. Unfortunately for a group of german bikers, Grossglockner was closed for bikes the day I left (terrible weather). They decided to stay another night and go the road the next day 🏍👍.

Hi Lee that day we didn’t have a planned route in the Satnav and sometimes when searching for a specific address the phone is better so we sometimes use a combination of both. The Satnav is great for pre planning a route the phone is great for doing an internet search and find places of interest or sometimes hotels. Thanks for the question and thanks for watching J&S 👍👍🏍🏍

@@lovelessissimo Hi again we use laminated riding gear so it dries faster than gear with a waterproof membrane. But as you can see in the video sometimes we have to improvise 😁. We have done a short video on how we tour on our bike check it out on our channel. 👍🏍🏍

😂 That remark on the Stelvio... brilliant! We love the Grossglockner... but it is sooooo expensive! we decided that we only will do that road again with beautifull weather and if we can go up and down and up and down at least three times 😂

😂 Yeah the Stelvio wasn’t Joanne’s favorite road that’s for sure. We were a bit disappointed with the weather at the Grossglockner but still an amazing road and a great place to visit we didn’t so much mind the price a road like that must take a lot of money to maintain!!! 😂 do you compare the Romantische Strasse with the NC500? Compared to that the Romantische Strasse is a motorway😂 But Rothenburg is beautifull! And the area surrounding it as well! and respect that you've turned your camera off at the point of the accident.

Yes, a big WOW! Think I have been lucky enough to have ridden 4 or 5 times through the Dolomites. Spectacular! Stayed in Arabba several times. A must ride for anyone who loves motorcycling. Glad you had some sunshine while you were in them. My first trip, poured rain, could hardly see anything. The other times, clear & blue skies. A magical place.

Yeah it’s a nice place a bit touristy but it’s a great location to explore the Dolomites our hotel was a little out of the town so we had a bit of a walk but all in all we’d definitely recommend it as a place to stay. Thanks for watching and commenting J&S 🏍👍
