Well done Ben, I'm glad you realise how talented you are as a film maker, seriously. The Visual Vibes videos back in the day were and still are at the top of the game in terms of a 'DIY' filming approach. I'd love to see you channel more of your creativity in to your videos in the future if/when that feels right. I just know from my own perspective as a musician I'm always looking for film makers to help give visuals to my work. Maybe something to bear in mind x

I have recently deleted all my social media apps from my phone. I felt like my brain was over consumed with information that does not bring any value to me personally. I’m few weeks in, the first week, I felt like installing instagram again, I paused and didn’t do it. I feel calm, rested and feel like I have so much time to be present and observe what’s happening around me. More power to you Ben, following you since Arctic Visual Vibes 🛳️🌊

It's a very complicated thing to do busines in the internet as the influencer. You can't just show your beauty as girls do, you know, so its almost impossible for a male to get enough money from that.

Time for humanity as a whole to discern what is good and what is not in terms of internet usage. We've ploughed head first without thinking, into a world less connected while thinking it was more so. It's complex as we have personal relationships maintained via the internet that can put extra pressure on things, but I think it's time we make it serve us than visa versa, IRL over everything!

My addiction to the internet and my phone is a similar experience to yours. It has a negative effect on my life, my relationship with myself and others and most importantly, my overall health. So I am really conserned about changing it in my own pace. Being humble with myself as much as I can ❤ Wishing you the best Ben, nice to see you thriving and keep growing!

I uninstalled all social media apps, but still allow myself to check them via the web browser if I feel like it. I find myself using them like 20x less, but can still check in whenever I please. It's working well and I'm feeling a lot less negativity coming into my life from them!

Been watching forever, since you first acquired Pumba. Even the stuff you've posted the past couple years. Biggest thing I've noticed is my attention span has gone way down. After watching this video and listening to what you've said I'm going to try and do less on my phone and more for my irl life paying more attention to whats around me even though it feels as if it doesn't give me that dope rush a 10 sec ig vid might. It works when I go on 4 day camping trips and never touch my phone, so it why can't it work for everyday life?!?!
