Kid sister… That is hilarious. She’s looking at him like no I want you to be more than my brother Amy Grants pure attack on getting him even back then was amazing for a sweet “Christian” girl.

Amy Grant's marriage to her first husband, the drug and alcohol addicted Gary Chapman, was extremely unhappy long before she even met Vince Gill. (He kept his addictions secret until he married her.) She has never revealed the truth about the suffering she had to endure at the hands of Gary, for the sake of her 3 children by him. Hence she became the target of criticism in the Christian world. She said that one day the truth will be revealed, hence, she is content to stay silent. Gary Chapman was also extremely jealous of Amy's success.

Gary was right.....Amy is very liberal.....she pursued Vince Gill, would put love notes in his golf bag, which his wife found. She destroyed two marriages! And however gracious she comes off, she is very determined to get what she wants no matter who she hurts... sorry, so many parents trusted that she was a true Christian, & entrusted their children to her. She made her millions off them & betrayed the Lord Jesus, His Word & all of us❤❤❤

Vince’s visible annoyance at the producer cracks me up. He’s just got no filter on his emotions.

I had no idea that Gary Chapman was in there. When I watched the completed video I always assumed he was nowhere around. At one point Amy puts her arms around Vince.

I won a bible verse memory contest in my youth group and this cassette tape was my prize! I fell in love with it pretty quickly. Amy Grant went to church down the road from me here in Nashville, and I knew of Michael W Smith by his hit song “place in this world”, together with Gary Chapman they were just special for the times. I lost the tape, and luckily somehow I stumbled onto this page somehow and am so very happy I did. I converted the audio file to an MP3 file and burned it to disc and have been jamming it ever since. Peace and love folks!! ❤️
