1:24 how the curvature of the mold was made good enough for a lens?

Curious as to why a bunch of your past students are saying your school doesn’t believe a kiln is necessary for their final product. Apparently y’all are teaching this method. Can you please expand on that because that makes no sense. Also the products they sale are 🗑️ they break sooo fast

2 hours of work and the glass drooped out of place in 2 spots on the edge for an awkward pause at the end. Still beautiful, but I wonder if the artist decided to scrap it because of that.

If you are a glassblower, this video only becomes more impressive. I was amazed by how cold most of the piece was throughout the video. He's demonstrating absolutely impeccable temperature control, not to mention working without assistance. The whole thing was just sort of crazy. There's a reason goblets like this are considered the apex of venitian style I suppose.

Amazing work. Beautiful. How do you get a camera inside the hot oven? So interesting to be inside looking out when doors open.

Impossibly beautiful work. 60 years ago, in a house in north London, I saw a collection of a roomful of Woodall glass.

Question: what do you do with all the "waste" glass, like what is left on the pipes after you take off what you need.

great videos, I would be very happy to learn about how specific types of glasses are made like this "wild" glass that we can see in these videos.

I cant tell you how disappointed i felt when he smacked that ear wrong... He just hit too much of it and on the home stretch. I feel for the rest of the team. Still way better than most, but i feel like with the ears it may even stand on its own.
