Capitalism is a perfect economic framework with zero flaws

Amazon is no longer innovative, they were when they started, which is how they got to where they are now. But now, they are meha-corp. Layers and layers of middle management and bureaucracy. They are now about preserving their position at all costs. Now is the exact time that a union is necessary at Amazon. Agreed that it would have hampered their early years, but now it's necessary for the workers. Amazon mega-corp is too powerful for any single or few employees to take on if abused, si they need unified organization (aka union). I hope they achieve it.
