I think urinals are the worst smelling things. Id rather smell grease traps all day than to be near a urinal for even 10min

I remember as an apprentice, I was cutting waste pipe for a bath with an oscillating tool and getting splashed in the face by waste water. Made me vomit a few times because the guy living there was using the bath to piss in. Fun times

Trick for you for the build-up. Get some thrift and hot water and let it sit for 30/40 seconds flush and it melts it off instantly. If you can't find Thrift you can use Crystal Heat by Zep at your local big box. DO NOT LET THE CRYSTALS THAT ACTIVATE TO THE HOT WATER TOUCH YOUR SKIN 3RD degree burns may happen. I have been using this method for 15+ years as a stationary engineer.

Jay I just found your chanel today.I'm retired conercial plumber from the San Francisco bay. helpful hint when reusing a no hub band spray the inside of the rubber with WD40, this will make the coating on the pipe to stick to the rubber.

bldg manager needs to keep that pit clean so it wont get plugged. its a filthy mess.

Probably, the covers and filters are removed when washing down to save any clogs, good job done Jay 👍

I hate pulling toilets as well. I use 1 1/4 reinforced tubing about three ft long with a short piece of poly tubing in the end where I clamp it to the toilet and run my k400 down the toilet with a drop head on it. Works pretty good for those jobs where the people have plugged the lines solid and I leave no scratch marks on the porcelain.
