Beautiful exterior! Interior is well designed and fairly attractive, and with some personal items and soft things it could feel very cozy. My issue is that it's one big electric robot and that , for me and people like myself, is unattractive! Not everything in life should be automated or controlled by a phone app. People have lost sight of what it's like to "camp" as opposed to "glamp". I would never own one because I try to escape the digital/electronic world when I get away. I dont even bring a computer.

It's possible that the regulations of the speed record requires a hull in water and prohibits foils. Not sure if this is the case but you are 100% correct that hydrofoils are significantly faster. Drag is the enemy of speed records.

Seems like a lot of wake and spray for a boat to have if it wants to break speed records. It should cut through the water smoothly with minimal disturbance for maximum efficiency.

Absolutely right. With very fast boats sea state is the most serious limiting factor. Ideal would be a pod 3 m above the water, suspended between the kite above and lateral resistance flying in the water below
