You're not supposed to just throw it out you do it when the opponent is mashing, using a big telegraphed attack or as something at the end of a combo if the 10 extra damage would kill and you wanna style on the opponent.

I think it's just if you do to much in such a short amount of time (3 bombs) the suspicion meter will be on high alert no matter what but I might be wrong. I got this method from TheKotti, I recommend his channel. It's definitely the hardest part of speed running this game, I messed it up so many times!

How did you manage to still get a silent assassin rating when you were seen by the enemy and shot at???

You can get silent assassin in blood money trespassing if in the suit and not a disguise because it doesn't count as "disguise blown". You still need to be careful of bodies found and witnesses of course, but trespassing, even when being fired at is still fine once you aren't in a disguise.

@@logiciangod3767 Haha sure but that's what makes speed running this game really fun when compared to the Hitman trology for example, it can be pure insanity!
