Mine started acting up, always worked but after a minute it would stop reading and then come back on when it wanted or start driving, I replaced the gauge with the same but new one and problem solved

Would this be compatible with two Eluminator motors and two Ford inverters? Or would the inverters have to be aftermarket ones from say Cascadia?

So that’s why the VCU200 has been discontinued. Will the 275 support more BMS satellites than the 200? Will it support parallel packs for more range? I have e a VCU200 but would upgrade if it improves the BMS configurations.

It would be nice to have a VCU for a Tesla that controls the BMS and motor drive units, cooling and charging but still keeps the rest of the vehicle systems in place. The ability to tweak the motor, cooling stability and traction control parameters or turn some systems fully off would be a game changer.

This is neat and all but does this sort of invalidate the vcu200 for those that already have one? Should I just junk it and get a vcu275? Or is this more of a minor upgrade the adds a few key features on top of the 200? The brochure is saying it supports up to 1200v with the bms-18 but is that still limited to 6 bms units (1 master 5 satellites) like the 200 or does it kt allow way more satellites now?

Great video. Much of what you are saying has been confirmed by tests done for a Chrysler engine development program. A KZfaq video was done on this (PowerTec 10, episode 95) which talked about achieving octane levels as high as 250!

16:11 has a serious issue that invalidates the conclusions made about 6.5 seconds faster cooling time. The V2 was not flowing water at the beginning of the test. Looking at the bottom data plot, the "Water Flow" graph clearly shows that the flow rate for the V2 nozzle drops to zero and then build pressure again which takes about 2-3 seconds. Furthermore, the "Solenoid Trigger" graph clearly shows the solenoid close during this period. This time discrepancy accounts for most of the shift seen in the top temperature plots. You can even see that the "Pre Nozzle" plot for the V2 system is shifted right as well.

Love the kit. Very COoL hardware. Q. Is that 50/50 by weight or volume? Actually, both ratios are still flammable. You need <40% meth to be safe (i.e. non-sustainable flame). Just saying. Thank you for the video. Thumbs up (except for the background track 🎶. I would rather hear what's being said than to RoCK out :)

Is it possible to configure the system to create a new, discrete log file for each run (land speed racing application)? Right now, my log file just keeps getting bigger and bigger with each run, as opposed to creating a new log file for each run. I'd like to have individual log files for each run, but don't know how to set up a configuration to allow this.

I don't understand why on wire diagram you recommend a switch, but then you say not to wait the sensor to heat up or not keeping the sensor mounted without use it. Why should I install the switch then? Tnx

What is best procedure then when tuning as the ignition (and AeM) need to be powered up to flash or scan computer before actually starting the vehicle? In the video you state this is not good to cold start air on hot sensor. How do you avoid this issue then when tuning?

For some reason I thought this was a drop-in under-the-hood replacement for a gas motor (in addition to having to find a spot for the batteries, of course). I'm a little disappointed now. I have a '70s Ford that I wanted to plop one of these into some day without a lot of fuss. Still a neat thing, just not what I thought it was.
