For the money the Daihatsu Terios was the best AWD 4WD SUV I bought. Mine is a 2007 and as long as you change the oil early around 2000 miles and the Transmission fluids and the axel differential gear oil you all good she will run like a champ. 💯

There is no problem with the engine. It is possible that you did not change the oil at the right time, which led to the loss of the ( Clogging oil strainer) ,Or I stopped the car for a long time. This is what happened to me, but I repaired it without changing any part of the engine. its good engine (K3-VE).

I bought a car at the copart auction in uk Status from the "run & drive" auction I received what you can see. Damaged chain. He jumped by 2 "eyes". I bought chain from Toyota Yaris 1.3 and it fit. The car has been repaired.

cold start engine whilst showing the engine light what does that mean?

oil too low? does the light go off when the engine is warm? it could mean the oil is too thick when it's cold. and it doesn't get pumped up.
