In the instructions it mentions lubricanting the tread. Can you speak to how that is done please.

You need to lubricate it after 300 km. A bottle of oil come with it.

How do you store it? Standing it on the side with wheels puts pressure on the cord and switch, on the other side seems unstable.

The handrail folds down to the track. It can be moved around easily, and you can store it flat under something or upright on one end.

It's good that it has buttons on the handle because most of these running pad kind of treadmill doesn't have buttons on the handle and you always have to carry a remote control when you run.
