Bro I saw your mewing transformation. It was great. I have been a nosebreather all my life like I never had to deal with problems caused by mouthbreathing. But the thing is my tongue doesn't rest on the roof of my mouth like it should in mewing. And I have a barely noticeable jawline. So I have started mewing lately and wanted to ask whether you are supposed to push your tongue on the roof of mouth (like exerting a little pressure) cuz it's hard for me to keep it there naturally. I am hella confused plz tell me what to do exactly cuz I watched hundreds of mewing related videos but I am just not able to understand the tongue position
@zanerub2 ай бұрын
Appreciate the support! From my understanding it’s meant to rest there. If you have been a nose breather then your facial development should be good so I would recommend loosing body fat to make your jaw more noticeable. Unfortunately as there is not scientific data that proves that mewing is effective there is also no guidelines on how it should be done. Again, just wanted to say thanks for supporting the channel:)

Honesty is a good thing. I am a 68 yo female and buzzed my hair due to health reasons...not being able to lift my arms to style, etc. HUGE mistake.I loved it, easy to wash daily and just so simple.I upped my makeup routine and felt super feminine. Went shopping, had to endure looks, whispers, even aisles clearing out when I approached. I am a NICE lady, will speak to anyone kindly. But in truth, I am UGLY. I know this to be a fact.This broke my heart and I went home in tears. I am growing out my hair...now a pixie so a long way to go. I will never again buzz my hair or most likely even have my hair cut even though I feel I look horrible with it long as it drags down my face. I will NEVER be put through that humiliation again!!!

Appreciate you sharing your story! Obviously there is what people generally find conventionally attractive and that is the kind of advice that I try to cater my channel towards however there is a lot more to making decisions about your looks than that. However, for most people generally optimising for conventional attriciveness tends to be the most appealing because of the added benefits of being treated better, being perceived interesting, intelligent ect. At the end of the day it’s important you style yourself in a way you feel happy and confident to do so

biceps or triceps for aesthetic looks?
@zanerub9 ай бұрын
I think one of the fundamental features of an aesthetic physique is symmetry and balance so it is important to train both equally. If I did have to choose one I would say biceps because they contribute more to the shape of the arm however triceps can help you get bigger arms more than biceps so you will fill out your clothes more. :)

brother what should i do if i’m just really skinny
@zanerub9 ай бұрын
Honestly having never been really skinny myself I can’t draw from any personal experience however based on what the literature suggests a moderate calorie surplus and implementation of resistance training with progressive overload should be sufficient to allow you to see significant progress. I appreciate for a lot of skinny people getting into a calorie surplus tends to be an issue so in that case I would recommend focusing your efforts on consuming as many high calorie dense foods as possible to help you see results. Good luck!

Simple answer, steroids
@zanerub10 ай бұрын
Haha, I understand how it may seem like that initially and I couldn’t expect most well trained individuals to see that level of progress. In my case I would attribute it to a combination of muscle memory and eating in a surplus following a prolonged deficit. Appreciate the comment :)
@Name-bn3vo11 ай бұрын
This is only possible if you're a newbie, and most people can put on 20kg to their bench if they train properly as a newbie. So this information isn't very transferable to regular gym goers unless they are taking anabolics obviously.
@zanerub11 ай бұрын
Thanks for the comment, I absolutely agree that adding 20kg to an advanced lifters bench press is very unrealistic however I maintain that if your are able to effectively apply the fundamentals covered you will see much faster progress. In my case the rapid progress can be attributed to a prolonged calorie deficit and not having trained for strength in a while. It seems like you know a lot about the gym so I appreciate you sharing your input :)
