El mercado central... Esa zona suele ser dura, más abajo están las 4 manzanas ahí encuentras casi de todo pero debes ir muy atento porque hay avivatos por todos lados

Se ve muchos perritos callejeros pobres cosa comun en las ciudades de Latinoamérica y las autoridades no se preocupan en crear infraestructuras para que estos animalitos no deambulen por las calles.
