I lived on Chicksands from 1972-1974. So as mentioned below, all the school kids heard the stories of Rosata and how she and her baby were buried alive in the wall. My Dad worked at the club that was there, bartending. He never saw her, but he said that he felt chills and late at night it was very spooky. I do remember they had pictures taken by investigators of Rosata walking the halls. Thanks for the posting the interview.

interviewer: "did you see a ufo when you were a kid? neil: "....no..." 😄 here i enjoyed neil's healthy level of skepticism. the rational mind must also ask, if one is not a ufo experiencer, how then can one be an "expert"? there are many ufo hotspots around the world which neil only alludes to... stonehenge, uk has regular sightings and crop circles, skinwalker ranch (utina basin, usa) is a hotbed of all sorts of ufos and sightings: to name but two... area 51 is more or less a front for the us military, although its an interesting starting point for a ufology researcher. (you'll begin to realize how much is being hidden or appropriated as a good cover story in that [mis]direction...) the way it works, if the ets (and theres probably more than one group) actually visit you (and they can do this in various ways) you'll soon be less skeptical. the fascinating aspect about that (et contact) is how little evidence is available...pls think about this carefully folks: we now know we live in a huge cosmos... but no one (including our governments) sees anything, or records anything that can be verified (i mean be verified thru hard forensic means) regularly... its almost like a "deafening silence" , SETI have never found anything substantial, right? maybe , just maybe , they are looking in the wrong place (or wrong part of the energy spectrum)? 😉 neil mentions the "aetherius society" (for some reason): since i'm a keen ufo researcher, i'll be taking a very close look at that (thank you). historically, some of these ufo cults can be highly toxic, the worst having to be "heavens gate", that incorporated elements of christian doctrine with sci-fi writing, like star-trek, into their practices. i wont go into the lurid details, it was pure degrading mind control exercised by their remaining leader, a loathsome narcissist called marshall applewhite : around 14 of them suicided themselves in 1997. ooo and i dont know if patty greer's film is still around online: "crop circle diaries", but she (in my view) gets closest to understanding what we're dealing with, she speaks about the "plasma balls" and how they really operate... to his credit, neil mentions these too, but for some reason doesnt go into details. pax vobiscum x

mm yeh: thanks for this discussion of the "black dogs" : they are fairly common in british folklore. i dreamt of a huge black dog yesterday (who was very fierce, but decided not to bite me) seems to be linked with idea of "showing no fear" (dogs are very psychic and can sense fear, like many other animals, they can also sense our intentions: both good and bad). although helen is very knowledgeable, i think anubis was a guide in the ancient egyptian religion (kemet)? anubis would lead departed souls through the "nine gates" , linked to the idea dogs and wolves "find their way" (can guide us true). osiris is actually the "god" or overseer of the underworld. not sure why anyone would want to seek out black dogs? (especially the hellish kind), but its not my place to judge, we must all find our own path. personally, i would use protective charms and "spiritual weapons", before engaging on such a quest [pax vobiscum]. there are some terrifying accounts (in a spooky region of america) called uinta basin, north utah where there have been many sightings of a dog-human called "the skinwalker" (these are basically native american shamans who have given over their souls to dark powers, thus becoming fiercesome shapeshifters, according to tribal folklore: there was a land dispute between two tribes, so these "skinwalkers" seem to be avenging their land claim, taken very seriously by the opposing tribe, who will not set foot, or even look in the direction of that tract of land)! personally, i like the idea of a white dog (protective guardian) and hope i'll dream of one soon, blessings [ambulate in lumine] 🤍

The Scottish guy doing the talking is very irritating with his mannerisms, the way he constantly puts his head forward is annoying, and he talks a lot but doesn't really explain much. It was fairly commonly known that a Ouija board started off most of this.

I have searched all over for this case, at last. While visiting friends in Bathgate, I made a casual remark about all the ghost and paranormal shows we get now on television. when our friend mentioned the case, he told us his father who was a police sergeant along with another officer was called to the house. His father swore that they all witnessed the activity in the house and that everything was indeed true and factual. so there you go, small world...

Neil Nixon is a crock of ... He states Roswell was a balloon and the army were consistent with their story over the years. This in fact is false as the army changed their story in at least 3 occasions or more. Neil stated the army as being consistent as fact, he presents us therefore I can't entertain anything to do with him as he is misleading 👀

On October 31st 1994, USAF Chicksands opened the gates to allow girlfriends of the American Airmen to visit The Priory for a spooky experience for Halloween. My friend and her American fiancè and I were at the back of a very long queue, so long in fact that we gave up waiting and headed off to one of the two bars there. Long story short, it was past midnight, it was cold and drizzling with light rain, and I stood under a large tree talking with an airman whilst my friend and her fiancè were approx 100 yards away sitting on a bench facing the river located infront of The Priory. At some point, something caught my eye, and shocked, I said to the man I was talking to, "What the hell are they doing!" He saw exactly what I saw, and we couldn't believe it, because there was a man laying on his back on the soaking wet grass, and a woman with long blonde hair laying on top of him with her arms pushed on the ground, raising her upper body. There was no movement, no sounds of talking or laughter and, appeared to be just facing eachother. We both thought they were our friends! The foggy mist then seemed to cover them, and so we just carried on with our own discussion, getting to know eachother. When our friends walked over to us because it was time for my friend and I to leave, I asked them if they were wet and muddy from the grass. They had no idea why I asked and told me I must have imagined it, but the Airman I had been getting to know corroborated and explained what we both saw. That was when my friend's now husband told me about the ghost of the nun called Rosata, who was reputedly buried alive in a wall. If there was a nun called Rosata, I'd say she was buried somewhere between the Priory and the river where we saw the apparition. A strange fact or coincidence about that night, is that the airman I met was married and we ended up having a relationship, but we knew it couldn't go anywhere because we both had young children. Stranger yet, from a very young age, I wanted to be a Nun but became a nurse instead, and my name is actually Rosetta. Don't judge me, because I never stopped loving that man, nor did he stop loving me. He has since passed, but after finding me online, we both knew we met for a reason. SO YES, there were four credible people that could testify that The Priory is indeed haunted. True story, and I only looked up The Priory after finding out about his death.

Heard Elaine recently on The Unexplained with the brilliant Howard Hughes . I don’t believe a word Elaine says regarding ‘the paranormal’ but she comes across as a really nice lady and I enjoyed hearing her tales . You can tell that she is totally dedicated to her hobby . It just drives me crazy when people talk to inanimate objects such as these ‘spirit boxes’ and K2 meters . They actually go on as if random flashing lights are proof of an afterlife ! Weird ! 🤣 Anyway , thanks Elaine for the entertainment , you have a real knack for public speaking etc. I wish you all the best for 2024 and i do hope that you find some REAL evidence of an afterlife ! Best wishes ! 🤝

Considering suspects based on Police is flawed. These men were smart and dedicated but they had no idea what they were supposed to be looking for. It wasn’t Aaron Kos. He was too young. He wasn’t violent. He probably had paranoid schizophrenia. The ripper had the charm to talk his victims into trusting him, during the height of the terror. By this time, Aaron was hearing voices, eating out of the gutter and not bathing. Same thing with David Cohen. He was a raving lunatic. It wasn’t Tumblety. He was a big guy for his time. He dressed flamboyantly. He stood out in a crowd. He was a foreigner, a con man, in his fifties and gay. Walter Sichart was an artist obsessed with the case. That’s all. To realize who the killer was you have to accept that the Whitechapel killer and the Thames Torso murderer were the same person. Then the suspect list drops to 1. And answer this, why did the killer hide Polly’s wounds? Then you have him!

I was based at Chicksands between 2004 and 2008 doing military security. I worked in the main guardroom. One night I took 2 soldiers around on the first floor. We were in the octanganal room and I had a feeling that I shouldn't be in there. We all walked out, I closed the door behind us and it sounded like someone kicked the door behind us very hard! We all ran downstairs and left pretty quickly!

Really interesting video. Came here from the Halloween Unbelievable video with Ray Comfort and others. Loved the back and forth between Matt and Ray. My biggest passion before becoming a christian was the paranormal and the occult. Unseen Realm really opened my mind to the relationship of what your mentioning, which have been ideas in my head but you helped put a lot of it together regarding the paranormal. Makes a lot of sense. Do you think there could be teachings on the occult as far as anything from it thats ok to use by christians? Seems the example of Elisha may show it is?

In the early 1980's I saw a metallic disc fly over at low altitude in broad daylight. It flew silently and was featureless apart from a black dot at the centre of its underside. It was propelled, not drifting like a balloon. This happened just outside Lichfield in Staffordshire.

Another thing that would bother me if I were a creator is, you have on KZfaq for example, young subscribers who love the KZfaqrs, or people that may have little crushes, people that want an adrenalin rush, but, what about the silent watcher, the comments never equal the views, or likes if a channel becomes very popular at the mention of dmns in the title, I'd be concerned about, what kind of mental state are these people in, are they watching for fun or are they seeking out locations they may be drawn to for unwell reasons. Are they wanting to practice dark things, and these channels provide a road map, they are out there and very real, I would find that very disturbing, if a drawing like slenderman can cause to children to do to a "friend" what they did, at 12, how much more for unbalanced adults. It's not a narrative I'd be proud of 🥺👍🦘🇦🇺🦘.
