I am an employee at the Ministry of Silly Walks and I can confirm that this sign was erected illegally, as an attempt to poke fun at the fine work conducted by ourselves. We do not take this lightly and Norway is now scheduled for demolition in the near future as a warning to others that we will not tolerate such impertinence.

Some researcher on silly walks: “The major finding really is that Mr. Teabag’s walk is two-and-a-half times more inefficient than normal walking,” Angadi said. “We already knew that the walk was 6.7 times sillier (more variable) than typical walking, but this suggests that one way to improve fitness is to walk like Mr. Teabag. In fact, for a substantial number of people this would not only qualify as vigorous exercise, but might help improve cardiorespiratory fitness.” science baby
