Great to see some honest discussion. So true labour never knew how to run New Zealand. Left it to the Maori to make more of a mess of it. Now the new government has a lot of catch up work to complete.

My number one favourite place to go for a holiday. We go at least once a year, heading up there again in 4 weeks 😊. Top picks, the gelato place, The Pump House, Up The Garden Path, The Lolly Shop (behind up the garden path), and you can to the pools too if you like that sort of thing.

The annual pass costs $99, which sounds like a lot at the time, but it covers unlimited rides on both the tram and gondola for a whole year from the date of purchase, so it pays for itself reasonably quickly if you're a local who likes to ride either.

As a sea-scout in the 60's we sailed our sea-scout cutter down to Grey from Stillwater, past Brunner. That was so much fun and you can still see coal seams on the side of the cliffs.

Amazing mate. Remember to stop and smell the roses. Find out what plants are edible, it makes the walks so much more interesting. You're blessed to get to see our land, your in a small club, stop and smell the roses. Fundraise for a drone fishing kit, I'll donate! I bet there was some big fish down there 😁
