The task here was to get chair for as minimum detail as needed, it was used to make floor plans, of course it's not realistic. If there were too many details would, and I needed 100 of chairs, my programs would crash.

Yes, true. I just needed a model for making an office plan, it should not have to be detailed and easy on polygon count.
