Hi! It is Royalty-Free. Perhaps you are confused with copyright free music. There is a huge difference. "Royalty free music" is not the same as "Copyright free music" or "No Copyright". In a few words "Royalty-free" means that royalties don't have to be paid to the creator each and every time it's used but instead, a one-time fixed fee is paid, which is via a license purchase. "Copyright free music" or "No Copyright". This music you can use for free, with the option to monetize your video if you specify the author of the music. Please read the description of the video. I explain all these questions especially for you!
