In the first time it was so hard that I had to pause and rest a little In the second time I felt like will die it was so hard but I do it without pause Third, fourth,fifth it was still hard but I did it Sixth day I did a 20 min exercise (same channel) it was soooooooo hard and I paused some times Then I stopped exercising for a week or 10 days When I did it yesterday it (17 aug 2024) it felt much easier and I was happy with doing it for the first time And also today I am doing it with joy Remember every thing is hard at the beginning it’s okay to rest but don’t give up 💕

Love love love your workouts. Been through a year of caregiving and then losing my spouse and your workouts are the only reason I can still move my body. The short videos are a lifesaver because even at the worst times, doing 10 or 15 minutes seems possible.

Hey! All the workouts are linked in the description..complete workout 1-5 in week 1, workouts 6-10 in week 2 and 11-15 in week 3 and then repeat from workout 1 again 💛
