It was just weird that they didn't just euthanize the little thing. It's not a human, so it doesn't have a right to trial, or a soul for that matter (not made by God, after all).

Another great show was "Burning Zone." It was awesome abt revealing the truth, then it disappeared for awhile, & when it returned, it was not the same show. Somebody didn't want the original airing.

Just when it was starting to get really interesting and the writing quality was improving, they cancel it on a cliffhanger. Crap.

This series had an intriguing premise but was marred by uneven writing quality. There did not seem to be a unifying thread or overall strategy to the new species' activities, so they come across as disorganized. I also wish they could have shown the new species to be so much more formidable and intimidating as individuals and as a group. They never seemed that insurmountable a threat; in fact they were quite underwhelming. All of the government operatives for their part are singularly incompetent and ridiculously easy to kill.

The main flaw of the show, as I see it, is that this supposed superior new species of hominid does not come across as particularly formidable. Also, the protagonist Tom Daniels (Adam Storke) is neither impressive nor particularly bright. His acting is annoyingly wooden and there is an utter lack of chemistry between him and Debra Messing's character.

Evolution being what it is, homo dominant would inevitably win. Had the series continued, I would have been interested to see a conclusion where the humans lost and were ultimately wiped out.

Another fantastic series cancelled too soon.

I really like this. It's weird that's finish and never be continue in next season. It was great.
