Ty, I recently came across your channel and subscribed. I absolutely love your tours! Between your narration, attention to detail, and easy-going demeanor, you really stand out compared to others. Speaking of standing out, you are to be commended for diligently taking off your boots/shoes when you enter these houses. It’s an act of respect that many of your peer agents fail to follow. I cringe when watching a home tour video where an agent is tromping through someone’s beautiful, pristine home in their shoes. I mean, is it really an inconvenience to kick your shoes off at the door in another person’s house? Wear slip-ons if it’s such a big deal. Anyway, I respect your good manners. All the best to you!
