I had the opportunity of picking up One of those for $15 at Goodwill and I was blown away by the sound of this speaker, even though they are design as center speakers, the bass is impressive. This one is not very good cosmetically, but I didn’t want it for any fancy application like living room of a Fancy house.

класс!!!!!!!я ещё такого не видела ни разу!!!!!!!....особенно диск!!!!!!!.....я не знаю что именно играло!!!!но круто!!!!!!!только вот шипение немножко портит кайф!!!!!!но оно не монстр!!!!!!!не страшное а рывками!!!!!в некоторых моделях я слушала настройку и там гудело трещало очень громко!!!!!!!!.....мне было очень страшно!!!!!!....

I get 10 flashes showing a front tray issue, but reseating it makes no difference. Any ideas?

I had a 650 as my garage set up for 20 yrs , along with HPM-700's. Bought it at a garage sale for $25 in 1992. Sold it, along with my SX-880, which l bought new, in April of 2021.

I have an opportunity to buy either the Sansui 661 or Pioneer sx-424 for the same price. I am a totally newbie to vintage recievers. just something to consider, the sx-424 has been fully recapped but unfortunately there are issues with the FM. I mainly want it for phono. Any help is very much appreciated.
