Extraordinary performances!! This is incredibly powerful work. We need to have these conversations about our criminal and educational systems. The pipeline is painful and impacts so many.

Writer's Theatre in Glencoe is, by far, the most beautiful and incredible venue in the industry of live theatre! Just take Metra to Glencoe and the venue is just across the street.

While I appreciate the vision behind these plans, unfortunately 2 of the locations you've chosen - Hyde Park and Glencoe, are not really accessible to my friend & I. As a result, we won't be subscribing next year. We look forward to the day when you have a new permanent home in Uptown and can join you again.

Glencoe is not in the city, nor is it near where the actual theatre will be. Hyde Park and De Paul are fine. Both readily accessible by CTA.

How about Paying some Reparations for Afro American slavery....? Really disgusting when you read about the Complicity of Lehman Bros in Slavery in making their fortune.

Nearly every business throughout the US, even in “anti-slavery” states, was complicit in the trade. Remember what direction the cotton sailed so that it could be woven into clothes?

Itbwasn't that good.I've heard the original Broadway production. It was interestng to see some olf the scenes but it needs to be done in the larger Broadway venue. The sound was terrible and I missed the lyrics. If it's revived or made into a movie, the only person who could play The Little Flower is Nathan Lane. He's the right stature and can most reproduce the distnctive voice. It's a role made for him and will make it a big hit. like he did with THE PRODUCERS.

Wonderful, moving performance with two original, beautiful piano and song pieces by Langford and Lott-Rogers. The playright, LaDarrion Williams was in attendance and being able to congratulate him was an added treat. The theater at 615 W. Wellington in Chicago is small and inviting, as if you are sitting at the bar with the players. Put down your phones and laptops and go see this live performance with real people within 20 feet of you!
