Working out on a Leaps and Rebounds trampoline can be incredibly effective and fun! Renee do you do any other forms of workouts or resistance training besides rebounding and how often. Can you also do a video explaining what is the foods you eat and what do you recommend for women who are going through menopause, beginning to do rebounding and have 20-30 lbs to lose.

@@health4lifecoachingretreat416 yes, I do resistance training 5 days a week. I will post a video all about my typical week of workouts. I will also be happy to post about what I eat. As I will enter my 40s next year I’ve had to adapt, I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned.

I purchased this and received it within 2 days! It wasn’t supposed to arrive until Friday, but received it on a Monday. It was very easy to put together following the diagram. I completed it by myself if less than 30 minutes. I owned a different brand of rebounder prior to this with springs and it made my feet hurt/ache while using it. So far, I have felt no strain on my feet at all and I rebounded for 40 minutes the other day. Excited to see how this holds up!!

I’ve used other rebounders with springs, and the difference with this one is like comparing an old, rusty bike to a Jaguar. While the setup might seem a bit tedious initially, it’s actually straightforward-plus, the cords can be easily removed to achieve a greater bounce amplitude, which enhances the gravitational effects on your vascular and lymphatic systems. For anyone who uses it seriously for at least 20 minutes a day, the higher price is definitely a worthwhile investment.

I already had a rebounder. I have read many testimonies regarding these bungee type rebounders but just couldn't make myself spend that extra money. I finally splurged and got this, and I could not be happier!! No more jolting my back and knees when rebounding. It makes me want to be bouncing more often and for a longer period which had helped my blood pressure to normalize. IF you are thinking of this purchase, do yourself a favor and get it. I watched the video on KZfaq on how to easily assemble, and it was very easy. It is very quiet, too, so my family doesn't come in to the room to see what the noise is all about like with the spring rebounder I used. It is perfect for my needs. Quiet and pleasant style. Do it for yourself!

I really love this workout and the trampoline as well i have the same one with the same color! people tell me to get the other brands but im sticking with leaps and rebounds.

I'm really enjoying the Leaps and Rebounds trampoline! It was easy to assemble and feels very durable and solid. i like the feel of the bungee cords i dont think i would make the switch to springs.

Assembling this was straightforward with the included tool. The legs detach easily, allowing me to store it flat behind the couch when guests are over. I put this infront of my tv and im able to use youtube to pull up videos from Leaps and rebounds and i am able to have fun while working out.

This was easy to assemble with the provided tool The legs come off easily to store it flat behind my couch when I am having company over. It's a fun way to get some exercise while watching TV or listening to some music. I used it a lot over the winter when it was too cold and snowy to go running outdoors.

Personally, I prefer not to mix ''step'' exercises with ''bouncing ''exercises. I can see that practising stepping on a trampoline distorts the posture so risks of back ache. I use both but separately, for what they are meant to be. Different opinions😊
