Telling people that rent in Dubai cheaper than in London right now is just a lie. I am living in Dubai and renting, my younger brother living in London. First of all, you are able to find nice 2BR apartment in the center of London for 1000-1300 pounds per month (near Battersea station for example) and for the 1800-2000 pounds that will be superb location and apartment. In Dubai you wont find 2BR cheaper than 150 000 AED per year that makes 32000 pounds per year. And after that if you compare the quality of the units, believe me, if you are paying less than 200k in Dubai for 2BR, you are leaving in a trash unit, in London you will get new unit for 25-27000 pounds per year with wooden floors, nice furniture and absolutely new appliances. And I am not even telling you that in Dubai you will need to pay in 1-2 checks, because paying monthly is just impossible here (you are lucky if you got 4 checks aggreement). So unproffesional

I live in central London and your never renting a 2 bed for under £2k and that’s not in a decent area, you’ve no idea of London prices. I’m not saying it’s cheaper but it’s not what your quoting

@@RorySweeneyUAE exactly it is so family friendly because of how safe, respectful, and clean which influences children in a positive way in comparison to other major cities infested with crime, drugs, homelessness, etc...the only other city that compares to Dubai is Singapore, but things like a car are insanely expensive in Singapore.

This is the average price for purchasing in Dubai Inclusive of all areas and property types so it will vary dependent on these factors. The average price for rent will also vary depending on property type and area. If you are looking for a 1 bedroom in Marina, you are typically looking at 139 Dirhams/ Sq foot which is annually.
