I know this was from the early 2010s so thoughts on gender aren't as radical as now but it irks me people question the masculinity of a man when they choose to do things more stereotypically in line with the female identity, and more so when it comes from another woman (the same can also be applied vice versa). I'm constantly seeing videos and comments about how wives are frustrated with their partners/husbands not putting in as much effort into housekeeping/caring for the family as them (the whole weaponised incompetence thing), yet when the man does too much of it, he suddenly gets looked down upon. Like are you listening to yourselves? It's so annoying that people always assume that a marriage/partnership can only work a certain way. Everyone is different therefore partnership systems will vary in accordance to meet preferences. If a man wants to housekeep, and the woman a breadwinner, let them! Don't shame them for ensuring that everyone feels happy and comfortable with the roles they play in their family. In fact, more people should do this. Keith was eliminated for his bad attitude. He is also the one that showed his ass crack and shoveled rice out of the container with his bare hands. Good chef or not his etiquette was completely disgusting. He looked like a slob and i wouldnt have eaten anything that he cooked. Also he was always going to pick Heather to win, so it didn't matter who she faced. Heather was a better leader had a better attitude and was a great chef. Keith was a wannabe gangster slob with a poor attitude and was over all an asshole. Ramsey even says during his elimination after keith says what he says "so i was right...your attitude stinks". And if you are in the boat that the producers tell him who to eliminate of course the pretty girls are going to stay over the slobs.

In most resturants they make big batches of sauce...made in house sometimes using high quality canned tomatoes, but never jars. San martinos are the ones i commonly see used when making sauces. They're made in italy. But most of the time its made with fresh ingredients.

Joe was put on the show to be a guy who eats tastes food at face value and not get caught up in the whole 'this is how it's supposed to taste' bullshit that professional chefs are going to do. He was going to be the everyday man who will eat something the chef's will say was made wrong and go 'well it tastes good' but instead he was just a giant piece of shit to everyone.
