Upon arrival in Incheon, are transit tourists not flying with Korean Air or full-service airlines allowed to rest/sleep airside before clearing the Immigration to check-in for the next flight to Narita? For example 18 hours layover at Incheon Airport.

Are they very strict when entering pool/sauna? Like they check your room number or provide a daily voucher? How do they know you used it once a day already?

Korean hotels are generally strict about pool use. They check to see which room you are in before using the facilities- sign in at the desk. Sauna and pool access was limited to once per night/stay.
