Everyone says Reaves is a hard man, yet he never had the stones to go with Lucic. For me that drops him out of the top goon tier. MacDermid fought Lucic mulitple times, as did Deslauriers, as did Olivier, as did Kurtis Gabriel... even Prout had a go LOL

Pat Maroon is a great person but hands down one of the worst fighters in the NHL. If you want a hug, maroon is your guy. If you want a good tilt, ask someone else.

Back in the day enforcers fought every game and there were real heavy weights to go against…..this kid had 4 fights and had enough.

Best part about this whole thing, as long as Rempe was on the ice MacDermid wasn’t focusing on the game. Too busy trying to reel Rempe in. Rangers used it to their advantage.
