Hey I ended up dropping a wire down the timing chain while trying to do a top engine rebuild and I cant seem to get that cover off I have it about a quarter inch off all the way around but it doesn't come off easily any trick to it? also the bike only has 4k miles on it should I change the gasket everything I've taken off so far looks brand new. Thanks in advance

I got it on a trade deal but in my area they go for around $3500 to $6,000 depending on mileage and condition

@@gustavohidalgo7712taking the baffles out doesn’t effect anything. The catalytic converters are still further up in the pipe. The baffles just make the exhaust quieter.

Great, it is a good first bike, the power band hit at around 6,500 rpms, keep it below that until you become experienced enough, ride safe

When you look at the sight glass for oil level, when the bike is upright (you will need someone to hold the bike upright or mirror, or look in exhaust reflection, or hold bike up while leaning over etc.) you will need to see that the oil is about half way up the glass.

i got a m50 that is only running on 1 cylinder. back cylinder sputters and kicks in when it wants. can barely do 65 mph. i've checked the spark. cleaned the injector. what else can i look at?

Thanks for the video, it's very instructive, I'm going to subscribe to your channel, I like the way you explain in detail. One question, is that one in front a tachometer? I have a C50 too, I'm transforming it into a bagger, I put harley bags, batwing fairing, lower fairing, removed the decal on the tank, ordered some vinyl graphics to put them in the summer, now I'm looking at the possibility of installing 14 " Ape Hangers, and with that I think I'll be fine 😱😱🤣🤣🤣

Thanks for the input, yes it is a tachometer that the previous owner installed, I already sold the motorcycle but will be putting more videos out soon on other cars and motorcycles.

Previous owner stated that it was cammed, only other visible mod was the muzzy exhaust, I put new fairings, I don't own the motorcycle anymore but will be getting another one soon

I have a C50 with a problem…the bike starts and rides but after 5-10 miles it will die like the key has been turned off. I pull over and after about 5-10 minutes the bike will start and ride again for another 10 minutes then die again. Would you have any idea why this happens? Cheers and thanks

It sounds like the bike is overheating and it shuts off to prevent motor damage, and your only able to turn back on once it cools down, I would check the cooling system, note that I'm not a mechanic and I could be wrong, good luck with your project and thanks for watching the video.

I did a lsvtec swap in my 92 integra b18ablock/b16head I am having troubles finding the right distributor every one I've tried the plugs don't match the 2 on the harness anyone got any tips?
