Good on wooden or tiled floors and good suction but USELESS navigation and not that good on carpeted floors. Quite difficult to setup. Does not link with Alexa. Unable to find charging station if taken to to a different room. I do NOT recommend.

Great budget vac with ultra-thin profile and navigates surprisingly well. Also picks up well - I really have no complaints and the value is outstanding for the price. It's not actually made by Dreame but it runs on their software, which is probably why it's so good.

I would be really nice if you could hear the vacuum and if you were talking in the video. Do they even make this vacuum anymore? My H12 Dual wet and dry has the same vacuum filter part numbers as M12, but I can't find the part number anywhere, I am waiting for support to still answer my question. This is my first Dreame product ever, and Dreame support said the vacuum filter are out of stock. How are they shipping vacuums if the filters are out of stock?
