Unfortunately, that paper was a single sheet that I picked up at a craft thrift store. But, I bet you could find something similar if you searched for harlequin or vintage circus packs. Cabochons dome is the name for the glass " cover " 😁 I make my own pendants because I almost never found the right ones to fit my outfits ,etc You can skip the resin step by simply cut a piece of paper or fabric of your choice and glue it against the pendant base , in this case the key head base .The circle should one sixteen of an inch less than the size of the base so you can add a thin layer of glue around the base and then [lace the dome , firmly but gently press it down until dries . Acetone based glue would do the job . E 6000 or UHU universal glue would be the best two choices .

I found some on Amazon. The search string for it was bezel tray with dome, key--if anyone else is interested in finding them. I ended up buying some round ones instead of the keys, to make pendants and junk journal charms. Thanks for the inspiration!
