We stayed in this exact one few weeks ago, did the outside flood when having a shower and was the hot tap in bathroom wobbly , and the frying pan was very greasy but it was lovely n quiet

Thank you for the video and thank you for the instructions how to find the exit, I had a trouble to find the exit as I turned on the left which o should have go to the right so I'm going to premier inn at north terminal tomorrow to get ready for my flight on Wednesday morning just before lunch time. I can't wait!

We are in one of these now and they are dirty and very run down with mould in bathroom window frames rotting the whole place needs to be refurbished. For the price very disappointin. One restaurant we went to the cups and plates were dirty( plates still had baked beans stuck on them) bins outside were overflowing.The entertainment seems to repeat itself every 4 days, so book a show Saturday it gets repeat Wednesday and Thursday. Stephen Mulhern is only on for 40 mins ( thought it would be a longer show seeing he is the main attraction) and as soon as the show ends the venue closes within 15 minutes. Would no recommend Butlins too pricey for what you get. Very disappointing all round.

I agree they need to invest in accommodation as it's very old now. I would have done that rather than build the new Xperience centre. This is why I also avoid peak holiday time. It's too busy, and I don't think it's as good value for money as off peak. But I appreciate that a lot of people have no choice.

I know the chairlift etc has been removed, but I can't seem to find out if the rapids are still going in the pool? Is it worth travelling all that way? It's much bigger than Bognor, if I were to go again, I like the look of the bungalows. It's weird because it's familiar, but not at the same time. I wouldn't go for less than a week, purely because of the distance away from us.

It's about 4 hours by train from Portsmouth & then an hour & 20 mins by bus too, so I'm not sure I can be 'bothered' to travel so long when I've already booked the winter wonderland break at Bognor this year :) The steam train looks fun though & the bungalows look cosy too :)

I don't think Minehead has great links for public transport, especially the train. Have you been to Skegness? It's still on my wish list, but with so many great places to visit, it's hard to justify a long drive and the price in school holidays.

That's hard because they all have their plus points. The Wave apartments have a great view and plenty of room, and the Ocean is close to the fair, splash and spa. My favourite is probably the Shoreline, but in the Neilson staterooms.

They're great for a couple, or family with small children. We found them a little bit of a squeeze with three adults and a child, but they're modern and warm, and I would happily stay in one again. 😊

This is one of the better Premier Plus rooms. It should be understood NOT ALL Premier Plus rooms have walk in showers. Basically, ONLY the hotels built in the last couple of years have them, e.g, Dartford and Faversham, where they've built the rooms from scratch, with the hotel. All the others, e.g. Farnham, Cockermouth, are merely retro-fitted with some Premier Plus additions, but, crucially, as far as I'm concerned, DO NOT have the showers! They still have the old baths, with pimped up rainfall shower, attached to the old shower head, and are useless. My view is, if the rooms have the walk-in showers, they're worth the extra money. If they're just the pimped up baths, NO. The mini-fridge, btw, is pretty small...

That's worth knowing, we've recently stayed in a Travelodge super room, and people seemed to like having a bath. I like them for the kids, but I prefer a PI plus shower personally.

I have stayed in many Travelodge hotels across Wales and England. Always nice to stay in. On site restaurant do provide a good selecting of food. How every I not a fan of mirrors and chairs in hotel room where I sleep.

Hi, we don't normally stay in travel lodge but Monday night we stayed at Okehampton Sturton Cross travel lodge and it was really nice , there's 3 of us and had 2 single beds and a king size for £65 ,

I think most parks have the choose your holiday home option if you have booked direct. If you log in to your online account, there should be the option to pick where you would like to stay, the price, and also if you wanted to upgrade, how much that will be too.

I am looking forward to revisiting Seaview, after previous visits in 2018 & 2019. Love the walk from the site to the beach. Entertainment and facilities on site are great. Great park, too, shared with the neighbouring site. Oh, and not forgetting Weymouth just up the road!

@ALEXANDRABOAMPONG parking for the Seaside apartments runs parallel with the beach, behind Studio 36/the Skyline. It's first come, first parked. They provide trolleys and if there is overflow parking around the Splash. You'll enter by the main entrance and be directed towards your drive thru. There is plenty of parking, it's just 5-10 minutes walk from the apartments.

Good morning Kari! Those miniature washing up liquid bottles are brilliant. I use a dispenser at home & the nozzle fits perfectly into the hole on the bottle, making it easy to refill which makes for lighter packing :) As you already know, I really love your videos! We stayed in a value chalet June last year. It was perfect as a base as we were in the swimming pool or out enjoying the island, but I'd definitely like to stay in one of the superior chalets as they look bright & cheery which is what you need on a summer holiday. Love how Jess always says 'yes!' when you ask her if her dessert etc is nice. Love White Cliff Bay. It's such a cosy resort :) and yes the view from your hot tub is perfect!

Riviere is smaller and much quieter than Perran. The restaurant not being on site isn't ideal for everyone, but didn't bother us as we self catered. I liked the small park charm at Riviere, but there was much more to do for the kids at Perran.

@PKT585 they all have at least a fridge with an ice compartment at the top. The higher grades have separate fridge/freezers. The showtime entertainment is all included if you book the Haven breaks (not Haven Hideaway). They do have additional activities like crafting sessions that you can pay extra for. Swimming is also included.

The passes allow you to use the swimming pool and entertainment. Without passes, you can only (I believe) use the arcade and restaurant. You don't usually have to book the entertainment, but you may need to contact them to book swimming. I've not booked privately, so I'm not 100% sure.

Monster truck? Nope! Just more wine and beer! Well he's easy to please! :) 🍷 🍻 And he's been naughty too! Honest too! Maybe that was the wine & beer! Maybe that's why he knows he won't be getting the Porsche, Lambourgini or monster truck, but because he was so honest, hopefully his wish of wine, beer & more wine & beer came true? And.. Maybe if he's good next year, father Christmas will bring him wine, beer and everything else! But he already has you & Jess, so maybe just another crate of beer & wine will suffice! The visit to father Christmas looks so enchanting! I think my wish this year will to be 5 again, so I can visit father Christmas at Butlins! I'll ask for lots of chocolate, a huge doll's house as I always wanted one when I was little & sylvanian family animals too! :) 🐰 🍫 🏡 perfect! 🎉

I would've replied sooner, but I fell very unwell just hours after our interaction on here last week, went to hospital in an ambulance, spent 5 nights in hospital & had major surgery after told the condition I had could be life threatening/fatal! Well here I am! Back home & recovering really well! 🎉 Your videos give me so much comfort :) 🌸 I remember the swan keeper! Father Christmas knows how to make dreams come true! Also remember the wuzzles too, but not sure if I had one. I think my brother had one in his toy shop in Worthing actually! I hope you're all well. Now I can get back to booking the festive Butlins break I'd set out to do this time last week :) 🌸

Forgot to mention I worked a Christmas season in the Butlins store & on photography. Was fun, but exhausting too. Worked 8 consecutive days! We also received a selection box and a chocolate orange from my manager and we all had a superb 3 course Christmas meal, meal out & disco, a fab night with East 17 performing live on stage. It really was a fab & fun time, hence why I wanted to experience the winter wonderland experience again, but as a guest & we weren't disappointed! I would've happily paid more for the break actually.

@Hayley-dm2je I've heard that Butlins have great rewards for staff. It makes such a difference to staff motivation and morale.

@@KarionTravelling Yes you're right. It was such a nice surprise to receive a few unexpected chocolatey treats just before Christmas! I really did appreciate the selection box & the chocolate orange. It made me feel appreciated & valued . The Al you can eat Christmas dinner in the restaurant went down a treat too. I had beef Wellington & turkey :) and a selection of starters too probably! A colleague and I had about 3 desserts because they were just too tempting to resist! haha! A few people complained about things, but I had the time of my life mostly. It was defintely tiring, but also one of the most fun experiences of my life!

@@KarionTravelling it was! And it was amazing, definitely made Christmas feel a lot more special in it's own ways. Having Christmas dinner in the restaurant with crackers, and elderly man on the table opposite gave my son his last cracker, the dad's wearing their Christmas pj's whilst on the fair rides etc. It didn't feel like a normal Christmas at all, but it was nice seeing everyone else celebrating Christmas at the same time and all the kids having fun x

No, not unless you're close enough to the main building. But I believe you can pay for it at some parks.
