Edmonton is one of the worst cities I have ever lived in for writing and sending out tickets for every little thing they can think of. when I first moved here I had a house built and as soon as I moved in I got a warning about weeds in my yard, I hadn't even had the time to do the final grade., or plant grass yet. then the next year I get home from work after a day of non stop snow and find a ticket on my door for snow removal on my side walk even though the city states you have 48 hours but they ticketed me while it was snowing. And It was not a normal ticket that would have a court date if I wanted to appeal it it was basically you have to pay regardless of the situation or they will add it to your property taxes. & they only came down my street once all winter to clean the street & when they did that they piled a bunch of snow on the side walk that I'm supposed to keep clean. these photo radar tickets are the same put the radar truck on the side of the road where they are visible and people will slow down, that's how you slow the vehicles down hiding them Just so they can issue tickets doesn't stop speeding, that's just a cash cow for the city. and there parks or green spaces are full of weeds .

The city knows what they're doing is wrong. Iveson doesn't care.
