Great talk! Question, how can our immune system can recognize non-self cfDNA? The fragments are so small and I don't see how immune cell receptors could bind to them based on these small SNP differences, especially as the differences are across the genome and any given cfDNA fragment may have few if any. Hopefully this will be addressed in the article you alluded to. Also, for the PPV question, I was surprised you didn't mention the graft dysfunction in NR biopsies, as well as the lead time, when answering. I agree with your statement in the presentation that cfDNA may be better than biopsy, and not all FP are truly false.

there is no moral or ethical obligation to consume a medical product that does not prevent hospitalization, infection, severe disease, or death. i sincerely hope they try this again. you’ve broken the social contract and it has had irreparable damage! this makes me sick to my stomach.

As someone with a seronegative celiac disease with a Marsh 3 b atrophy, with gluten ataxia and many ither issue, i really studies a lot and the conclusion is that some t cell exsaustion or either some over interleukin 15 over expression could lead to a seronegative celiac or as my oersonal guess is related to igd deficiency

I am so glad that you are discussing about celiac disease and the t cell activation.

Public education surrounding organ donation as well as tissue donation is lacking let alone the gaps in information provided and opportunities for health professionals, lawyers, potential donors and their families. Shifting the paradym to talk about death, dying and end of life care to include organ & tissue donations but to also recognize the limitations and tradeoffs these decisions create is long overdue. Alberta has largely ignored this topic.

Hi Donna - you must have alerts on for the ATI channel, as I only got the video posted a few minutes before you left a comment! Great to hear from you. The AutoCaptioning functions in KZfaq take awhile to be generated by the system, but should be appearing by tomorrow. I will check later and troubleshoot if required :). Sean

Suze agree with your comments at the end. I found the manual very linear and treats the patient as one size fits all, on a conveyor belt. NOt very user friendly or full of actual informaiton on what the patient experiences/feels or wants to know.
