Reminds me of my Dad. He used to work out on a punch bag. Coming home from shul one Shabbat, he was attacked. The guy started with antisemitic abuse and then struck his face and knocked off his glasses. Dad went into action but not able to see where he was striking the guy, he gave him a few punches and the guy fell and then ran off. My Dad told me later he was much softer than the punch bag!
