I think you are right. This maybe one of my favourites of any you've shown us. The size, layout... that private roof terrace. The people who snatched this up got a gem!

It’s a lovely little apartment for someone, perhaps an older woman who’s kid(s) have grown up… you could a switch out that lovely small sofa for a sofa-bed in case you have family visiting. No storage though. It would have been much better to show the patio and the views!

This is a fabulous home!!! It is everything for sure Whst makes me sad is in the last 3 or more months on all different property videos in Portugal seeing a huge amount of chemtrails 😢 I thought Portugal would be against this because they seem very good in all areas if government i wonder why the government is doing this and soo much!!!!?? on any video i see 6 or more trsils everywhere..spain is doing it as well but i haven't seen it in italy im in the USA and you might see them here and there not much tho .. it's just sad !! ..anyway wonderful video guys 👋 lovely home thank you!

Sorry for late reply. Agent fees are paid by seller. Buying costs are approx 7% of purchase price which includes Lawers fees notary & local taxes etc.
