Last one is the coolest. Lots of blah back yards, acres of lawn mowing is kinda boring.

Never see one owner, out side or even home. Not mowing or anything. Not fishing or swimming. St.Paul,Minnesota.

Cool homes, now lets talk about how they got paid for.

Have fished the whole lake for 40 years! The new house (few years now) as you round the point into Wayzata bay on the northern shore is massive! Looks like a hotel! The whole lake is full of too much money!

If your talking about the buoys around Lighthouse Island, they are for the sailing school the Yacht Club runs there.

Cool video! I love Lighthouse Island. It feels like you are going back to a better time when you go to Cottagewood and Lighthouse Island. Lots of big money around the lake!

Oh geez, $6 an hour to park your boat and possibly more to tip a kid working there, and you have to pay to park your car along the lake in Excelsior! Nothing is free anymore! The boardwalk looks cool, and of course the Wayzata Train Depot has always been charming. I hate the concrete design of the areas near The Cove. It was so much prettier before.

Wow, fun tour! I recognize a few of them. They vary so much. I would not want to deal with the maintenance of another building especially the few that are in the water!

Who was the interesting fisherman?! Great idea for your channel!!
@thebaytripper12002 ай бұрын
I believe his name is Ben. Everyone just refers to him as the Dancing Fisherman. You can find him along the narrows on weekends Dancing away. Sometimes he even has his line in the water.

Interesting, I like the old Wayzata better. It has become too highfalutin! I hate the concrete areas around the Cov. The wooden benches and pretty flower areas around them were much better!

I really enjoy and appreciate your videos. Was looking forward to this one because I thought you may talk about the "Mushroom Cottage"/ Harry Wild Jones cottage. I have adored that place since I was a kid.

The cottage really wasn't on my radar. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Maybe we'll do something on it next year.

I look forward to it. It was recently sold in September. Hoping the new owners don't tear down all the trees and put up something else in their place. It is a perfect little parcel just as it is.@@thebaytripper1200

I heard that Gary sold his house on Spring Park Bay, but next year plans to play taps on weekends at sunset from the Yacht Club in Spring Park. It's just west of the water patrol headquarters.

Don't feel bad. It wasn't even in the owners manual. We left L.A. with a full tank and were planning to stop at the Phoenix airport for help when we found it.
