thankyou thankyou thankyou!!!!! I just got a row machine and have never rowed before. This was a GREAT entry into how to row and I'M feeling great! I got a row machine because I'm always sitting down watching TV. NOW I will still be sitting down but working out as I Watch tv. Thanks!

Her form is totally off due to a really bad rowing machine. Her body can’t even roll to the 1 o’clock position at the front due to the poor design. You have a C2 for not much more money. This is tough to watch.

Can one just use a spin bike as an upright bike ?(i.e.) setting a preferred amount of resistance and just pedaling for a set amount of time?Or are spin bikes for following a typical in and out the saddle class instructed workout?

We'd like to note, that spot reducing fat in specific areas isn't possible, and some people lose fat in some areas faster than others. However, it is possible to achieve fat loss while using a routine like this regularly!
