Andrew really did a phenomenal job with this score. Like Scott and Rhys he really understands the source material he’s adapting and seems like just a super nice guy. I also love how he made so many unique sounds to really give the film a distinct flavor

Id love to see Peter Pan fight Owl like i can picture Peter Pan throw Owl against a tree or something and Owl uses hes feet talons and slash at Pans face to get him off him or Owl Fighting Tinkerbell Id also like to see Pooh and Tigger team up to fight Bambi like i can picture Tigger jumping on Bambi scratching and biting at Bambi while Pooh uses hes strength and throws Bambi across the dirt I wanna see Rabbit fight the Mad Hatter or Peter Pan or Sleeping Beauty but i wanna see Piglet fight Pinocchio or Captain Hook that be so sick

My twin brother and I just saw “Babes” and loved it. I never saw “Broad City”, so Ilana Glazer was new to me, but she’s perfect. We also enjoyed Michelle Buteau, Hasan Minhaj, and John Carroll Lynch. I’m a fan of Pamela Adlon, and watched “Better Things” (2016-2022 on FX), which she created, wrote, directed and starred, so I knew her style and was looking forward to her big screen directorial debut. She is very skilled at getting natural performances from her actors, finding the heart and humor and thru-line of scenes. We need more of these kinds of films in the theatres. We used to get big sfx film for the teens along with smaller actor driven films for adults. Then the smaller films got pushed out by the flood of comic-book movies. Now with many blockbuster flops, perhaps we’ll return to the smaller budget, actor-&-story movies. I should add, my brother and I found twins Keith & Kenneth Lucas hilarious!

I didn’t like the start, I see that you did but I thought the wet seat joke went in for too long, the punchline was obvious. However the movie only gets better from there, and I ended up liking in the end and had a lot of laughs throughout.

I saw Babes last night, while I am not a fan of the profanity, I did find the diversity of characters and the actors playing them satisfyingly organic and not forced. You do genuinely believe these people are friends and bask in their moments of joyful sunshine and weep with their loss. Making , breaking and reforming connections is a central theme that plays well against the city back drop, using the train as an extended metaphor. While, I'm a bit out of the target audience, I can appreciate solid efforts and applaud seeing more intimate life stories in contemporary film.
