for the flour to be smooth it needs to be equal parts fat to equal parts flour, so if u do 3 tbsp of butter you need 3 tbsp of flour. Also slowly adding the flour in small doses helps.

I felt like it had a bit more flavor with more of broth, and you can definitely use milk instead of cream 😁

you can use any milk substitute. cream will taste the BEST but yes, most fattening. were you asking for permission or... lol?

Hi I have all ingredients listed in the description box and the only recipe I have is the video, I don’t measure my seasonings but I would say 1/2 tbsp for the bouillon and maybe 1 tsp each of the rest 🩷🩷

I found this because I had corn tortillas and deli ham and figured there must be something to make with them and this did not disappoint! Perfect quick meal. I used a bag of frozen onions/peppers and some salsa. Turned out great.
