The try starting at 00:50 is a 20-year-old playing his first run-on game ever for the Queensland Reds in Australia. He went on to score a hat trick in that game and now has 9 tries from 6 outings. Absolute freak! His name is Tim Ryan but we call him the Junkyard Dog.

Agree. It is just utterly overdone now. I saw an American high school team performing it just recently. It should be reserved for either touring games or home games but not both. If you look at the history it was only ever performed for the crowd... the other team sometimes wasn't even on the pitch. And of course, no other non-Islander team is allowed to respond or even approach within 10mtrs of the halfway line. I remember Waltzing Matilda was banned from being played at matches in the world Cup in Australia. Haka, free pass. I'm with you Paul on this one.
