I had a tick bite about a year ago and got Borrelia (Lyme disease). After about a month, I started having a kind of tinnitus that felt like it comes from inside the brain. I've tried lots of different things, and doctors just say I will have to get used to it. This video is the only thing that has helped me. 10-15 minutes a day, and the noise is reduces a lot. Thank you!!!

I’ve been soaking in the tub for an hour. They got these ear cleaners they sell on temu but that reminded me I have a liquid medicine sprayer I got at the dollar store years ago. I filled it with water and splashed it in my ear, and finally! Some relief! ❤ Thank you Jesus. Guys you could also try that. First I applied castor oil in my ears and kept yawning. Then the water splash really helped. I hope this helps someone also. You matter in this world

Guys, try castor oil from a glass bottle. Also it is safe to use hydrogen peroxide mixed with water to flush your ears out. I pray for everyone to find relief soon. God bless you all ❤

Damn. I have a lot of joy in my heart right now . I’ve had Tinnitus since I was 23 . I’m 32 now. I’ve learned to live with my tinnitus but lately I’ve had more spikes than usual. Stopped smoking weed a year ago after smoking since 11 & sleep has been nonexistent for the past year as my mind has a hard time to simply just relax on its own. I’ve pretty much mastered meditation at this point . Breath control & all that. But sometimes life just gets in the way. I listened to this weird ass video through a Reddit recommendation for like 5mins & my ears started tingling & tickling on the inside & I could feel my mind scrambling tryna figure out what this horrific sound is . . & I turned it off cuz it was creeping me out. & I’m laying down in bed & this shit actually helped lol My tinnitus turned from a high pitch constant sound to a static shh sound. My regular sound started coming back after about 10mins , but those 10mins were beautiful. It’s the only thing that’s worked for 9 years lol 9 YEARS ! God Bless the person from Reddit , the creator of this & the creator of this channel ! This definitely does something to brain to reprogram or disrupt that non stop signal ! I’m a have to try this every day to see what happens. Cuz 9 years of this isn’t going to get reprogrammed after 5 mins. I’m excited, confused, & tripping out right now

The. Noise in my left ear souds like a wind tunnel and freight train coming down the track at the same time. Have had this for many years and it drives me insane! I am 78 now and when I searched for help for tinnitus, I never thought I'd find anything. This is definitely helping the frequency the noise but it's still there but it's very soothing and I thank you so much for this! God bless you all!!

Coming back to this after over three years of tinnitus, I survived, no damage, everything good and it’s slowly getting less and less. If you’ve recently caught this, don’t stress out and try to relax, remove the fear from this, everything will be fine it’s just gonna take time. You will get back to living your life!

I had this on repeat last night at 1% volume, and it was as if someone drilled a hole in my head and drained all the tinnitus out like a liquid. How does this even work? It's amazing!

Look up your tinnitus frequency by playing white noise. When at same level frequency it will mask and cancel out your tinnitus at the correct volume.

Im starting to lose my hearing on my right. I need to get my ears checked. Voices say I need to clean em. When I use a Q tip it only makes it worse. Feels like I'm pushing the wax further in, blocking more sound. *Ewww* There's also pain and ringing. Left ear is ok, I can put my phone next to it while playing this and is loud and clear. But sound is muffled on the right. I can put my phone next to it and I can't hear the high pitch playing this... *Help me*

I just discovered this. I love it. It completly mask the 3 high pitched tone for a while. I also have some low pitched tones tinnitus (72-78hz, 85-91hz). It would nice to have a version that also covert the tones in the 50-100hz range. I'll look for it, but if anyone know of one that covert all ranges, that would be excellent

I am praying for all who are dealing and trying to cope. This track and several others helped a ton. I experienced tinnitus for the 1st time not long ago. It lasted 2weeks. Constant prayers and background noise did wonders. Haven't heard the ringing in about a full week. Pray there's a cure & that you are all healed. Couldn't imagine dealing with this for years.

You didn't have tinnitus, you had an acute case of temporary ringing in the ears. Tinnitus doesn't go away. I'm 60 and I first started hearing my tinnitus when I was 6 years old. 54 years I've been dealing with it.

Would the idea be to listen to this with headphones or in a quiet space at the lowest volume setting possible, in order to train your brain to start ignoring the sounds? or to just listen to this at normal volume levels?? if the goal is to rewire the brain, I struggle to see how listening to any Tinnitus Relief audio at a normal level would do anything more than just mask out the sound. Wouldn’t putting your brain in a position where it would have to subconsciously. Ignore these sounds at such a low level, be more beneficial to the idea of habituation? My T is a solid 10, from shooting a firearm whilst camping a year ago. My right ear healed within two weeks, and I noticed a ringing slowly building in intensity over the course of a year to where it’s at now. I had no tinnitus three months after the gunshot.. only noticed it around the eighth month mark. It’s been constantly loud since, no ups and downs, just loud. I have no hearing loss according to my ENT.. clenching my jaw heightens the pitch. Its loudness is beyond being able to mask it with any fan or noise machine. No home remedy/KZfaq audio even remotely worked..

This video causes residual inhibition, which is a phenomenon some tinnitus sufferers experience where listening to certain sounds temporarily quiets the ringing afterwards. Unfortunately residual inhibition can not create a long-term reduction in tinnitus. However, you might want to look up the Susan Shore device. It was tested on somatic tinnitus sufferers and found to significantly reduce tinnitus compared to placebo. Because you can heighten the pitch by clenching your jaw, you have somatic tinnitus.
